My Own 2011 Bathroom Makeover

I live in a condo that has all of its original bathroom fixtures: counter top, tub, and doors. I want to renovate my bathroom and change it, completely. Working from the shower out, I want to replace the bathroom window. Currently, there is an original jalousie aluminum window with the old crank operators with a broken operator and window screens that are corroding. I want to remove it, and put in a new, modern type louver window. Specifically, I want to install a Breezway ios louver window with 6” glass. We want to remove the tub, and install a shower pan, and have a walk in shower with brushed nickel shower head and fixtures. As for the enclosure, 3/8” clear glass with a 28” shower door, brushed nickel finish wall mount hinges, clamps, and 8” C-pull handle. We also want to remove the 4” tile, and tile the wall with either 12” or 18” stone, installed diagonally with an accent piece at about 48” high. We also will remove the black-edged mirror and replace it with a 1” bevel vanity mirror. The old hallow core doors will be replaced along with the flooring will replaced with a linolium wood looking tile.

After that, I'm hoping to install one of those modern cctv systems to help protect my house.
