The good thing about many companies nowadays is that they will go to almost anything to make sure that their dear customers are served exceptionally well. This has many customers get the best there is because no company wants to be left behind. The competition has seen many companies rise while others fail. If as a company you follow the trends blindly without figuring out what exactly they mean, you could put yourself at a bad corner business-wise. For telecommunications companies, there are things that they will do to ensure that their customers do not move to other networks.
