Why I am Thankful for Miss Ana

Ana has been my boss for eight long years and I have to thank her for teaching me everything that I know today. Not many know that although Ana appears to be a tough woman, she also has a soft heart. With me, she is very generous. Since she demands quality work from me all the time, she also does not forget to reward me for a job well done. When she thinks that I did a lousy job, she would tell me straight to my face that I did a lousy job. I would not feel bad at all because I know that she means well. Her way of performance coaching is something that I really find effective for me. Ana is also a dear friend to me. I know that I count on her for anything that I need - be it professional or personal matters. I consider myself to be a lucky person, because I was mentored by no less than the best. Thank you, Ana for molding me to become who I am today.
